Dust particle measurement and monitoring

Apart from checking the success of cleaning of our facilities and equipment, the determination of the dust particle load of personnel and the environment during production is an important test criterion (maximum limits for workplace particle concentrations). Type ETEC 210–2000 gas flow meters are used to monitor personnel and are installed in rooms to monitor status during production on a daily basis. Results are analysed using analytical scales and HPLC. Where appropriate, trend analyses are generated in order to determine whether additional safety measures are required for personnel and environment. On request, we can also analyse dust particle status at your plant.
